Job Description


We’re looking for an experienced Technical Support Manager with a proven track record of managing Tech Support functions in financial services sector. If you are a person dedicated to technology and eager to apply innovations, who are not afraid to challenge himself to research, analyze, test, evaluate and find appropriate solutions to complex technological tasks, you are definitely suitable to join our technical team and to apply innovative solutions in a most effective way.



What You'll Be Doing

  • Investigation and analysis of up-to-date intelligent technology solutions;
  • Evaluation of technology, technical data and specifications;
  • Choosing of appropriate connectivity:

                 - network infrastructure;

                 - communication protocols;

                 - equipment and materials;

  • Maintain technical correspondence with technology vendors;
  • Prepare technical solutions using innovative intelligent controlling technologies;
  • Preparation of technological schedule and work program for project accomplishment;
  • Monitoring and quality control of the project implementation;
  • Build and manage a team for technological systems integration and operation;
  • Technical issues resolving, consulting and advice;
  • Follow up trends and concepts in the development of information and controlling technologies in to public sector.



What You'll Need

  • University degree in the field of Information Technology, Telecommunication, Electronics, Automation, or related;
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience;
  • Knowledge and experience with:

                - systems for monitoring and control;

                - communication networks and elements for data transmission;

                - payment gateways (advantage);

                - core banking softwares (advantage);

  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and a high level of initiative;
  • Flexibility, independence, responsibility, organizational skills and time management;
  • Good command in English language /written and verbal
