Job Description

 

We’re looking for an experienced Underwriting Account Manager to join our team. You will play a central role in client onboarding and lifecycle management processes at CatalystPay. You'll be collaborating with Sales team and leading the effort to grow our customer base by coordinating prospecting efforts into the verious acquiring partners of the company.

 

What You'll Be Doing

 

- Undertake procedures to meet due diligence (DD) and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements throughout the client relationship lifecycle, whether trigger event driven or as part of a periodic review activity.

- Act as a member of the Underwriting team, championing client onborading process, policies and best practices

- Work directly with the Sales, as well as Compliance teams, to ensure that all existing client relationships undergo the appropriate levels of client identification and verification, due diligence, sanction screening and documentary approvals, as mandated by clients KYC, DD & AML procedures.

- Lead conversations with clients and agents to assist them in form completion, and in case of any questions in relation to required KYC/KYB information, such as acceptable ID and/or address verification documentation, by providing KYC/KYB and CDD process expertise

- Manages complex cases and oversees and supports less experienced team members

- Proactively manage any issues during the process to bring a swift resolution

 

What You'll Need

 

- Demonstrated experience of due diligence in onboarding/KYC/KYB for financial services and products

- Experience of the full account opening and, or KYC life-cycle including form filling, direct client liaison, gathering information and documentary evidence to satisfy KYC, due diligence and other regulatory requirements, data entry and full application submission, through to the issuance of account details once opened

- Strong understanding of systems including CRM, payment gateways, research and workflow tools, and a good knowledge of relevant card schemes regulations and compliance guidelines.

- Able to manage and coordinate complex workflow across multiple teams, communicate effectively across the business and complete assignments accurately and within designated, often pressurized, time frames

- Detail oriented and ability to prioritize assignments and workload

- Very good command of English
